Time

For the deviantART street photography contest.

I was walking the streets of Zagreb (Croatia) in late August on a overcast day wanting to capture some real life. Someone who has lost all in his life, a reminder of how time passes and runs over us and the our desire for life... for all nine lives. You fit the pieces together...

This photograph was made with a Yashica Electro 35 GTN rangefinder, Yashinon 45/1.7 lens and Ilford Pan 100 B&W film. Developed and scanned by a photo lab. The aperture was set a f/11 for maximum sharpness and DOF, the shutter speed is unknown since it's a "aperture priority" rangefinder. This screen resolution doesn't do the photo justice.
